An opportunity to explore the pristine cape streams nestled in the the cape fold mountains about an hours away from Cape Town. Enjoy a professionally guided day out in nature in search of African rainbow trout.

An hour's drive from the mother city, in the heart of the Du Toitskloof Mountains, are a few pristine trout rivers that boast great fly fishing opportunities. The experience will be fully guided by a professional fly fishing guide. Transport from Cape Town, as well as food and drinks for the day, will be provided. Fly fishing equipment can be rented and loaned upon request, and flies will also be provided. This is an excellent way to experience nature as you will be immersed in the clear rivers, stalking and trying to fool African trout.

Located in Smalblaar River, Elandspad River, Holsloot River.

The adventure can be a full or half day.

Some experience in fly fishing is required such as knowing how to cast. Past fly fishing experience will ensure this is an enjoyable and worthwhile experience. Regretfully no beginners are accommodated.
