3. Responsible Listing: Only list items or services that you own, manage, or have the right to offer. Do not post anything illegal, unsafe, or infringing on others' rights.

4. Transaction Integrity: Honor agreements made with other members. Communicate clearly about availability, pricing, terms, and expectations for any potential transactions.

5. Data Privacy: Respect the privacy of other members. Do not share personal information obtained through The Noon Gun without explicit consent.

6. Platform Use: Use The Noon Gun only for its intended purposes – connecting with other members and facilitating listings. Do not spam, solicit, or engage in self-promotion outside of the dedicated listing process.

7. Content Responsibility: The Noon Gun Administrator reserves the right to edit or remove any listing that violates our guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.

8. Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to The Noon Gun to help us improve the platform and community experience.

9. Legal Adherence: Always act in accordance with the laws of South Africa when using The Noon Gun and engaging in member-to-member transactions.

10. Reporting Violations: If you witness any behavior that violates these rules or The Noon Gun's Terms of Service, please report it to the Administrator immediately.
